Fenwick Represents American Affiliate in Acquisition by FansUnite

Fenwick represented American Affiliate LLC, a diverse collection of assets dedicated to generating new customers for legal sportsbook, online casinos, online poker sites and adjacent products in the U.S. market, in its definitive agreement to be acquired by FansUnite Entertainment ‎Inc. (CSE: FANS) (OTCQX: FUNFF), a global sports and entertainment company based in Vancouver, Canada.
