Fenwick Represents Antora Energy in $50 Million Financing Raise

Fenwick represented Antora Energy, an energy storage for clean heat and power, in its $50 million financing raise. The latest round was co-led by Breakthrough Energy Ventures and Lowercarbon Capital and included participation from additional investors Shell Ventures, BHP Ventures, Grok Ventures, Trust Ventures, Overture VC, Impact Science Ventures along with existing investor Fifty Years VC.

Antora Energy will use the new capital to build out its first customer-sited projects and accelerate hiring. More information can be obtained from the company's announcement.
