Fenwick Represents Apeel in Acquisition of ImpactVision

Fenwick represented Apeel, a food system innovation company, in its acquisition of ImpactVision, whose imaging technology helps fresh food suppliers and retailers further reduce food waste.

The acquisition will enable suppliers to see inside and understand the interior quality of fresh produce by collecting quantifiable data on stage of ripeness, freshness, nutritional density and other indicators of quality. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
