Fenwick Represents AREVO in $25 Million Series B Financing

Fenwick represented AREVO, the Silicon Valley company transforming composites production through digitalization and automation, in its $25 million Series B financing. The round was led by Defy Partners and GGV Capital with participation from Khosla Ventures, Alabaster, and other investors. This will bring their total funding to $60 million.
