Fenwick Represents Aryaka in Acquisition of Secucloud GmbH

Fenwick represented Aryaka, a leader in fully managed cloud-first wide area network (WAN) and secure access service edge (SASE) solutions, in its acquisition of Secucloud GmbH, a proven SASE platform provider.

The deal closed in late April 2021, and Secucloud is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aryaka. More information about the deal can be found through Aryaka's announcement.
