Fenwick Represents BackOps in $42M Series B Funding

Fenwick represented BackOps, an AI platform that automates complex operational workflows for companies that make or move physical goods, in its $42 million Series B funding. The round was led by Insight Partners, with continued participation from Theory Ventures, Construct Capital, Gradient Ventures, and 10VC. 

BackOps will use the funds to invest in its platform, expand its product and engineering teams, and support the growing number of enterprises putting critical operations onto its platform. More information can be obtained from the company announcement.
