Fenwick Represents Bezi in Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Bezi, a collaborative 3D design tool, in its recent Series A financing. The round was led by Benchmark, with participation from Uncork Capital and Designer Fund, as well as founders and design leaders from Dropbox, Notion, Product Hunt, Twitter, Mixpanel and Instagram, among others.

Bezi will use the $13 million it has raised to continue developing easier ways to work in 3D, adding new integrations with Figma and Unity and expanding its hardware destinations, including the Apple Vision Pro. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
