Fenwick Represents Bicycle Health in $50 Million Series B Financing

Fenwick represented Bicycle Health, a leading virtual care provider of evidence-based treatment for opioid use disorder, in its $50 million Series B financing, bringing the company’s total funding to $83 million. The round was led by InterAlpen Partners with participation from Questa Capital, Frist Cressey Ventures and City Light Capital.

Bicycle Health will use the new capital to continue expanding its evidence-based, virtual telehealth treatment model for opioid use disorder (OUD) as it tackles the opioid epidemic head-on. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
