Fenwick & West represented Big Switch Networks, Inc., a leader in bringing hyperscale-inspired networking to data centers worldwide, in its $48.5 million growth financing and Series C round. The funding included existing and new investors including Morgenthaler Ventures, Silver Lake Waterman, Index Ventures, Khosla Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, Accton, CID Group, and MSD Capital, among others.
Big Switch will use the funds to continue to scale the company and expand geographically, as well as expand its reach within markets already deploying next generation Data Center networking. More information about Big Switch’s $48.5 million financing can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
