Fenwick Represents BigPanda in $50 Million Series C Financing

Fenwick & West represented BigPanda Inc., provider of an autonomous operations platform, in its $50 million Series C round of financing.

The round was led by Insight Partners, with participation from existing investors Sequoia, Battery Ventures and Mayfield. This investment brings BigPanda’s total funding to more than $120 million.

BigPanda will use the financing to expand its platform and market presence and help modern enterprises detect, investigate, and resolve outages and incidents faster. More information about the financing can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
