Fenwick & West represented Blue Vision Labs Inc., a collaborative Augmented Reality (AR) company that is enabling the next-generation of AR and robotics, in its acquisition by Lyft, Inc., an on-demand transportation company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
