Fenwick Represents Bolt in Acquisition of Tipser

Fenwick represented Bolt, an online checkout experience platform, in its acquisition of Tipser, a Swedish-based embedded commerce technology company. In tandem with the acquisition comes the launch of Bolt’s remote checkout platform, a product that enables customers to check out in one click wherever they discover products.

Bolt will leverage Tipser's turn-key publisher marketplaces, touchless merchant integrations and headless implementation capabilities to enhance Bolt's remote checkout solution. More information can be obtained from Bolt’s announcement.
