Fenwick Represents Boom in $100 Million Series B Financing

Fenwick & West represented Boom Supersonic, a Denver-based company building supersonic airliners, in its $100 million Series B financing. Emerson Collective led the financing with participation from Y Combinator Continuity, Caffeinated Capital and SV Angel as well as founders and early backers of transformative companies like Google, Airbnb, Stripe and Dropbox.

The financing will support the development of Boom’s Overture, a revolutionary Mach-2.2 commercial airliner that will be the first of its kind to enable supersonic transportation. More information about Boom’s $100 million Series B financing can be obtained from the company announcement.
