Fenwick & West represented Boom Technology, Inc., a Denver-based airplane manufacturer aiming to bring back supersonic speeds to business travel for a fraction of the cost, in its $33 million Series A financing.
The company will use the funds to build its first test airplane, the XB-1 Supersonic Demonstrator. More information about Boom Technology can be found on the company website.
