Fenwick represented Brightline, the first comprehensive behavioral health solution built specifically to care for children, teens and their families across a range of common challenges, in its $105 million Series C financing. The round was led by KKR with participation from existing investors GV, Optum Ventures, Oak HC/FT, Threshold, 7wireVentures, Children's Medical Center Corporation and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
