Fenwick Represents Brightside Health in $33M Series C Financing

Fenwick represented Brightside Health, a telemental health company, in its $33 million Series C financing. The round was led by S32, with participation from Kennedy Lewis, Time BioVentures, Anne Wojcicki (Redwood Pacific), and existing investors ACME, Mousse Partners, and Triventures.

Brightside Health will use the funds to expand into new markets and provide new offerings. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
