Fenwick Represents BRINC in $25 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented BRINC, a technology company building a new class of American-made drones for first responders, in its $25 million Series A financing. The financing was led by Index Ventures, with participation from Sam Altman, Tusk Venture Partners, Next Play Ventures, Dylan Field, Elad Gil, Patrick Spence, Alex Wang and former Acting Secretary of Defense Patrick Shanahan.

BRINC will use the capital to accelerate hiring to scale and support rapid growth. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
