Fenwick & West represented Carta, a leading provider of a cap table management platform, in its $80 million Series D financing. Meritech and Tribe Capital led the financing with participation from existing investors.
The financing will help Carta achieve its goal of creating more owners while increasing transparency and liquidity between them. Carta will also continue expanding the focus to transform how ownership management works for investors and public companies and will launch additional products for investors.
