Fenwick Represents Castle in $9.2 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick & West represented Castle Intelligence, Inc., a leading technology company helping businesses keep their customers’ online accounts safe from fraud, in its $9.2 million Series A financing. Index Ventures led the round with participation from Y Combinator, First Round Capital, F-Prime Capital Partners and other undisclosed investors.
