Fenwick Represents Chai Discovery in $70M Series A Funding

Fenwick represented Chai Discovery, an AI company, in its $70 million Series A funding. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, including investment from their Anthology Fund, a joint partnership with Anthropic, with participation from new investors Yosemite, DST Global Partners, SV Angel, Avenir, DCVC, and existing investors Thrive Capital, OpenAI, Dimension, Neo, Lachy Groom, and Fred Ehrsam.    

Chai Discovery will use the funds to further develop the Chai platform. Additional information can be obtained here.
