Fenwick Represents Chapter in $17 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Chapter, a leading technology-driven Medicare advisor, in its $17 million Series A financing. The investment was led by Narya Capital with participation from Susa Ventures, Maverick Ventures, XYZ Venture Capital, Core Innovation Capital and Health2047 Capital Partners.

Chapter will use the funds to accelerate its product development efforts, expand its team of engineers and licensed advisors and further invest in supporting its members. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
