Fenwick Represents Cisco in Agreement to Acquire Sedona Systems

Fenwick represented Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), a worldwide leader in technology that powers the internet, in its agreement to acquire software-defined networking (SDN) platform specialist Sedona Systems Ltd.

Sedona Systems’ NetFusion is a market leader for its Hierarchical Controller (HCO) that enables multi-vendor, multi-domain automation and SDN. With Sedona joining the Cisco Crosswork portfolio, Cisco seeks to deliver the most advanced network automation platform.
