Fenwick Represents Coffee Meets Bagel in its $12 Million Series B Financing

Fenwick & West represented Coffee Meets Bagel, a highly curated online dating service, in its $12 million Series B financing. Atami Capital, a U.K.-based venture capital firm, led the round with participation from GingerBread Capital led by Linnea Roberts, Shannon Grant, Kheng Lian Ho and Helen Schwab. Existing investors DCM Ventures, Wi Harper and Quest Venture Partners also participated in the round.

The financing will help drive Coffee Meets Bagel’s international expansion, development and production innovation.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate lawyers Michael Esquivel, Patrick Grilli and Noah Johnson.
