Fenwick Represents Column in $30 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Column, a public benefit company that provides software to streamline the placement of public notices, in its $30 million Series A financing. The round was led by Lux Capital with participation from Amity Ventures and Govtech fund and several angel investors.

Column will use the new capital to expand their offerings to digitize outdated public information systems. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
