Fenwick represented Craft, an enterprise intelligence company, in its $32 million Series B financing. The financing was led by BAM Elevate with participation from Greycroft, Uncork Capital, High Alpha, ServiceNow Ventures and Point Field Partners.
Craft will use the new capital to further develop its supplier intelligence platform that empowers organizations to understand, monitor and optimize their supplier network and enterprise ecosystem. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
