Fenwick Represents Delos Data in $100M+ Financing

Fenwick represented Delos Data, a developer of AI infrastructure, in its financing of more than $100 million. The round included investors Matrix, Playground, Socratic Partners, Capricorn's Technology Impact Fund, Matter Venture Partners, and IAG, along with industry luminaries across compute, hyperscale, scalable systems, networking silicon, infrastructure software, and optical connectivity. 

Delos Data will use the funds to grow its software and hardware engineering teams and accelerate product development and sales. More information can be obtained from the company announcement.
