Fenwick & West represented Dynamic Signal, a leading employee communications platform, in its $25 million Series D financing. Microsoft Ventures and Akkadian Ventures co-led the financing with participation from Focus Ventures and existing investors Trinity Ventures, Venrock, Rembrandt and Time Warner.
