Fenwick Represents Emergence Capital in Hanover Park's $27M Series A Funding

Fenwick represented Emergence Capital, a venture capital firm, in Hanover Park’s $27 million Series A funding. The round was led by Emergence Capital with participation from Lux Capital and Susa Ventures.

Hanover Park, an AI-native fund administrator for private equity and venture capital, will use the funds to expand its platform, grow its team, and bring AI-native fund administration to more of the world’s leading PE and VC firms. More information can be obtained from the company announcement.
