Fenwick represented Stuut, an AI platform reinventing one of corporate finance’s most thankless—and mission-critical—jobs: accounts receivable automation, in its $29.5 million Series A funding. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Activant Capital, Khosla Ventures, 1984 Ventures, Page One Ventures, Vesey Ventures, Carya Venture Partners, and Valley Ventures.
Stuut will use the funds to accelerate product development and expand its autonomous account receivable capabilities for mid-market and enterprise companies. More information can be obtained here.
The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Will Black and included associates Corinne Nhaissi and Siobhan McGurk.
