Fenwick Represents EquipmentShare in $440 Million Series E Financing
Fenwick represented EquipmentShare, an equipment and digital solutions provider serving the construction industry, in its $150 million Series E extension equity raise, led by funds affiliated with BDT & MSD Partners. Through the extension, EquipmentShare raised a total of $440 million in Series E funding in 2022 and 2023.
EquipmentShare will use the funds to accelerate its tech-driven construction solutions. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
