Fenwick & West represented EquipmentShare, a leading provider of construction technology solutions, in its $26 million financing. Insight Venture Partners and existing investor Romulus Growth led the round with participation from Y Combinator.
The company will use the funds to launch its mixed-fleet telematics solution, ES Track, and open peer-to-peer marketplace locations in eight additional U.S. markets. More information about EquipmentShare can be found on the company website.
