Fenwick Represents Factify in $73M Seed Financing

Fenwick represented Factify, a platform creating intelligent, self‑managing documents that replace static PDFs, in its $73M seed financing. This round of funding was led by Valley Capital Partners, with participation from technology and business leaders, including John Giannandrea, former Head of AI at Google and SVP of AI at Apple, Ken Moelis, Founder of investment bank Moelis & Co., and Peter Brown, CEO of hedge fund Renaissance.

Factify will use the funds to expand its engineering team, deepen the core platform, and work closely with early enterprise partners. More information can be obtained here.
