Fenwick Represents Figma in $200 Million Series E Financing

Fenwick represented Figma, a design platform for teams who build products together, in its $200 million Series E financing. The round was led by Durable Capital Partners with participation from Counterpoint Global (Morgan Stanley) and previous investors Index Ventures, Greylock Partners, Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia Capital, and Andreessen Horowitz.

Figma will use the new capital to continue to expand its products, focus on its users and acquire strategic assets and talent. More information about the financing can be found in Figma’s announcement.
