Fenwick represented Future, a digital fitness coaching service, in its $75 million Series C financing. The round was led by SC.Holdings and Trustbridge Partners, with participation from existing investor Kleiner Perkins, among others.
The new capital will allow Future to accelerate its marketing efforts and product development, expand into other categories of health coaching and grow its team of full-time trainers. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
As part of the round, Future also announced that it will partner with investors Kate and Oliver Hudson—who created and host the podcast Sibling Revelry—to produce, co-host and distribute a six-episode series for Future across major podcast platforms. Future, Kate and Oliver will act as producers of the podcast.
The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partners Michael Esquivel and Thomas Kang and included associates Karin Hjorth and Michael Pons.
