Fenwick & West represented HighJump Software, Inc., a global provider of supply chain management solutions and portfolio company of Accel-KKR, in its recently announced acquisition of Nexternal Solutions, Inc., a cloud-based eCommerce plat form provider. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
