Fenwick Represents Hint in $25 Million Series D Financing

Fenwick represented Hint, maker of a market-leading still flavored water, in its $25 million Series D financing. The financing was led by Springboard Growth Capital (SGC), an investment partnership focused on providing visionary women founders with the capital to build market-leading consumer brands, with participation from Philippe Laffont, Linnea Roberts’ Gingerbread Capital and Emiliano Román’s Medina Heights Capital Partners.

Hint plans to use the funds primarily to fuel continued hyper-growth online and in retail locations across the country. More information about the financing can be obtained from Hint’s announcement.
