Fenwick Represents Hook in $3 Million Seed Financing

Fenwick represented Hook, a music expression platform that harnesses the power of AI to empower anyone to remix and remake their favorite songs, in its $3 million Seed financing. The round was led by Steve Cohen’s Point72 Ventures and Waverley Capital, co-founded by former Warner Music Group CEO, Edgar Bronfman, Jr. With participation from Mark Gillespie’s Three Six Zero and Avex, Japan’s leading entertainment brand.

Hook will use the new capital for the continued development of its music platform. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partners Jonathan Sagot and included associates David Heckman and law clerk Tom Fox, as well as technology transactions partner Vejay Lalla and associates Adine Mitrani and Brandon Cheung.
