Fenwick Represents Horizon3.ai in $40 Million Series C Financing

Fenwick represented Horizon3.ai, a provider of autonomous security solutions, in its $40 million Series C financing. The round was led by Craft Ventures with participation from SignalFire.

This funding will be used to build out Horizon3.ai’s enterprise-wide, proactive security platform, expand channel and partner presence and meet the growing demand of customers worldwide. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.

The transaction was led by corporate partner Michael Brown and associates Taimur Case, Ari Haber and Kasey Wang.
