Fenwick Represents Index Ventures in Revel’s $150M Series B Funding

Fenwick represented Index Ventures, a venture capital firm, in Revel’s $150 million Series B funding. The round was led by Index Ventures with participation from Redpoint Ventures, and returning investors including Thrive Capital, Felicis, and Abstract Ventures.

Revel, a comprehensive command and control software platform, will use the funds to grow its team and build adjacent products that act as force multipliers on the core platform. More information can be obtained from the company announcement.
