Fenwick represented InnerPlant, a crop monitoring tech company, in its $30 million Series B funding. The round was led by Coutts Agro, with participation from Systemiq Capital, Deere & Company, and Bison Ventures.
InnerPlant will use the funds to support the rollout of CropVoice, an insight platform that combines data from a network of InnerSoy plants and gives spray recommendations for fungal infection. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
