Fenwick represented Johnson & Johnson Innovation (JJDC, Inc.), the strategic venture capital arm of Johnson & Johnson, as a co-lead investor in a Series C financing round for Paige, a global leader in AI-based diagnostic software in pathology.
JJDC was joined by Casdin Capital in January and by KKR in March as co-lead investors, bringing the round to more than $125 million.
