Fenwick & West represented Kinnevik AB, an industry focused investment company with an entrepreneurial spirit, in leading a $60 million equity financing in Bread, a marketing technology company that builds customizable financing solutions for brands and retailers. Existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Menlo Ventures, RRE Ventures, Colle Capital Partners and Cue Ball also participated in the round.
