Fenwick Represents Lyra Health in $187 Million Series E Financing

Fenwick represented Lyra Health, a leading provider of comprehensive mental healthcare benefits for employers, in its $187 million Series E financing. Addition led the round and was joined by new investors Durable Capital Partners, Fidelity Management & Research Company and Baillie Gifford, along with other existing investors.
