Fenwick Represents mCube in Acquisition of Kinduct

Fenwick represented mCube, an innovator and technology leader in sensor solutions that enable the Internet of Moving Things (IoMT), in its acquisition of Kinduct, a market leader in the athlete and health date management space. The acquisition, combined with the addition of Xsens in 2017, allows mCube to create a total solution across hardware, software and data services.
