Fenwick Represents Midi Health in $100M Series D Funding

Fenwick represented Midi Health, a women’s telehealth company, in its $100 million Series D financing. The round was led by Goodwater Capital with participation from new investors Foresite Capital and Serena Ventures, as well as continued support from Advance Venture Partners, GV (Google Ventures), Emerson Collective, SemperVirens, and McKesson Ventures.

Midi Health will use the funds to scale its clinical offering, invest further in technology, and grow its executive team. More information can be obtained from the company announcement.
