Fenwick Represents Mojo Vision in $43.5 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Mojo Vision, a developer of micro-LED technology, in its $43.5 million Series A financing. The round was led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Khosla Ventures and Vanedge Capital.

Mojo Vision will use the new capital to advance its micro-LED display technology across applications and bring it to commercialization. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partners David Healy and Allison Cooper and included associates Kristina Hurley and Claire Chung.
