Fenwick Represents Nominal in $80M Funding

Fenwick represented Nominal, developer of a data infrastructure and analytics platform designed to help engineering teams efficiently test and validate complex hardware systems, in its $80 million funding at a valuation of $1 billion. The round was led by Founders Fund, with continued support from Sequoia, General Catalyst, Lux Capital, Red Glass, and Lightspeed.

Nominal will use the funds to continue developing its tools, making them faster, more reliable, and more intelligent, along with expanding, and taking itself to every category of serious hardware. More information can be obtained from the company announcement.
