Fenwick & West represented Orbital Insight, Inc., a leader in geospatial analytics, in its acquisition of FeatureX, Inc., a privately-held, Boston-based artificial intelligence company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The integration of the computer vision company strengthens Orbital Insight’s machine learning expertise. With the acquisition, Orbital Insight also brings new talent to expand the company’s geographic footprint into Boston.
