Fenwick Represents Overair in $145 Million Financing
Fenwick represented Overair, a California-based electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) vehicle startup, in its $145 million financing. The round was led by Hanwha Systems and Hanwha Aerospace.
Overair will use the new capital to produce an eVTOL prototype by 2023. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
