Fenwick Represents Percipient.ai in Series B Financing

Fenwick & West represented Percipient.ai, a leading artificial intelligence, machine learning and computer vision firm focused on intelligence and national security missions, in its Series B financing.

The round was led by returning investors Venrock and Valor Equity Partners and new investor Lupa Systems. In conjunction with the financing, Ben Fitzgerald from Lupa Systems joined Percipient.ai’s board.
